This is my first time doing/reversing/release something PS4-related, and considering that I'm quite satisfied by the result. All things considered, you can get all the saves after all so this is just a small inconvenience. From my experience, the menu only shows saves from the account where either the main 9.00 exploit or ps4debug.bin was loaded into (not sure which), so you might have to reboot and log into the account you want the saves from and do the whole process from there from before proceeding.

Unfortunately, it seems I couldn't get the part where you can access saves from every account on the PS4. PS4 Save Mounter on 9.00 (FREE!! For ALL]
